About Ellen

From a very young age, I felt a sacred pull toward the unseen world. I spent countless hours in the woods near my home, speaking with the trees, listening to the whispers of the wind, and imagining the forest as a living, magical place. Nature was my first teacher. The streams, the mossy stones, the wild animals - they all felt like guides offering quiet lessons about life, magic, and interconnectedness.

I was also raised in a loving Catholic household where reverence was woven into our daily life. The presence of Mary, Jesus, the saints, and the guardian angels surrounded me like a celestial family. I was enchanted by the rituals, the incense, the candlelight, and the mystical symbolism within the church. As a child I didn’t want to just believe I wanted to commune. I longed to speak directly with spirits, to feel their presence, to ask them for guidance, healing and protection. That yearning has never left me.

My Lineage held its own quiet mysticism as well. My grandmother read the cards with a knowing that felt ancient. She taught me that wisdom could come in symbols and dreams. I also have two aunts who are nuns, yet they didn’t shy away from the earth-based sacred. Instead, they embraced it by holding summer solstice rituals and honoring the turning of the seasons, blending Christian devotion with deep, feminine, spiritual knowing. Their example showed me that the sacred can be found in nature, in the meadows and in the moonlight.

These threads, my love for nature, the mystical, and the woman in my family who walked between worlds have all drawn me to shamanism. It’s here that I have found a home for my spirit: a path that honors both the natural and the divine, both the ancestors and the angels. Shamanic practice has become the language through which I remember who I am, connect with what’s beyond the veil, and help others find healing, wholeness, and peace.

I have studied extensively with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, completing their Shamanic Counseling Training, a two-week Healing Intensive, and the rigorous Three-Year Program in Advanced Initiations in Shamanism and Shamanic Healing. While I do not call myself a shaman—a title that belongs to specific cultural lineages and is not mine to claim—I am a devoted Shamanic Practitioner. It is these ancient, sacred, and powerful practices that I feel called to share with others. My intention is to honor the wisdom of these traditions and offer them with humility, respect, and integrity, so that others may experience healing, guidance, and connection through this transformative path.
